How much will my delivery cost?

For all orders placed over £100 and inside the UK, delivery will be free of charge. 

When will my order arrive?

For Artwork:- All products are made to order. Usually you will receive your order within 7-10 Working days. If you require and order please get in touch and we will do our best to help.  

For Furniture:- All products are made to order. Usually you will receive your order within 4-6 Weeks. If you require and order please get in touch and we will do our best to help.  

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Simply send an email to support@designpiece.co.uk with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line and we'll cancel it straight away.
